What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attendant, Kid Zone - Kane County position at REV Sports Management?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Supervise and operate Kid Zone attractions such as inflatable slides, bounce houses, obstacle courses, and sports games.
- Interact positively with children and families to ensure a fun and memorable experience.
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely, enforcing park rules and attraction guidelines.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down attractions before and after games.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kid Zone area throughout the event.
- Help distribute wristbands and manage ticketing for Kid Zone access.
- Communicate with Promotions & Guest Services staff regarding any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must enjoy working with children and interacting with families.
- Friendly, responsible, and attentive with a strong customer service mindset.
- Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable enforcing safety guidelines in a kind and professional manner.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or lift weight greater than 50 lbs.
- Required to work flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
