ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their time in the Strike Zone.
- Set up food and beverage stations, including buffet lines and drink areas, prior to guest arrival.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep buffet stations stocked, clean, and visually appealing throughout the event.
- Clear dishes, cups, and trash throughout service to maintain a clean and comfortable space.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area at all times.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the Strike Zone area before and after each event.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and hospitality leads to ensure smooth operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods up to 50lbs
- Team-oriented, punctual, and detail-focused.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
