ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Lead in-game promotions, contests, and announcements to entertain and involve fans throughout the game.
- Work closely with the Cougar Crew promotional team to execute on-field activities seamlessly.
- Maintain a high-energy and approachable demeanor, interacting with fans of all ages.
- Quickly adjust to game-day changes and unexpected situations, ensuring a smooth experience for fans.
- Serve as a public face of the Cougars, embodying the team's commitment to family-friendly entertainment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in public speaking, theater, or live event hosting preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and improvisational skills.
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions to include heat, cold and rain.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or lift weight greater than 50 lbs.
- Required to work flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
