ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist in the execution of all in-game promotions and between-inning contests.
- Work alongside the on-field emcee, mascot, and Cougar Crew to deliver an engaging fan experience.
- Help with setup and teardown of promotional materials and equipment on game days.
- Support giveaway distribution and maintain promotional inventory.
- Contribute creative ideas for theme nights, interactive games, and fan engagement activities.
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service to fans in the stadium.
- Assist with community outreach events and special appearances, as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with fans of all ages.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Previous experience in promotions, customer service, events, or sports is a plus.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk the stairs for up to 6-8 hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold and rain.
