ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Operate the replay system during live game broadcasts to provide instant replays for both the in-stadium video board and livestream broadcast.
- Capture key game moments in real-time for use in highlights, social media content, and post-game recaps.
- Work closely with the director, camera operators, and graphics team to ensure smooth transitions and timely replay execution.
- Organize and label replay clips for efficient retrieval during the game.
- Assist with setup and testing of replay and video equipment before each game.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and broadcast guidelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively under tight time constraints.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with video replay systems (e.g. NewTek 3Play, EVS, Blackmagic Replay, or similar).
- Knowledge of baseball is a plus for identifying key moments and knowing when to cue replays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, live production environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk the stairs for up to 6-8 hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold and rain.
