ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Control the videoboard during games and events, displaying live video feeds, replays, graphics, animations, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the Director of Video Production to ensure all visual content is prepared and queued appropriately for each event.
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of videoboard equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with the game day production team, including the PA announcer and on-field emcee, to synchronize audio-visual elements.
- Execute the game script accurately, ensuring timely presentation of content during pre-game, in-game, and post-game segments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in operating large-scale videoboards or similar display systems preferred.
- Proficiency with video production software and hardware.
- Strong understanding of live event production and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with the baseball season schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions to include heat, cold and rain.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or lift weight greater than 50 lbs.
- Required to work flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
