JOB PURPOSE: Assess the leasing performance of our client's properties.
REV™ is looking for an Evaluation Associate that wants schedule flexibility and opportunities to earn additional income while working another job, going to school, or just living life! Compensation is on a per-assignment basis and first comes first serve. Please note, this is not full-time employment and is subject to business needs. This position ranges from $5 - $120 per assignment.
QUESTION & ANSWERS:
Will I receive training? Training will be made available to all approved candidates. Training is not paid and typically lasts 4-5 hours, including online and practical assignments. Successful completion of the training, a practical assignment and 2 conditional assignments results in certification. The 2 conditional assignments will be compensated if completed successfully.
Will I have to pay REV™ to become an EA? REV™ does not charge any fees to participate as an Independent Contractor.
When and how will I get paid? Compensation is on a per-assignment basis and is dependent on successful completion of the assignment. Payments are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month.
Is this a remote position? Onsite assessments at varying locations are required. Remote assignments may be available subject to certifications.
How are the assessments completed and how much does this pay? The assessment process is completed through various methods, with payout fees ranging between $5 and $120 based on the assignment nature, time, and effort.
