What You’ll Do
- Guide Patients: Meet one-on-one with potential patients to discuss treatment options, answer questions, and build rapport.
- Consult & Educate: Use a consultative approach to explain Reva’s all-on-X solutions, sedation dentistry, and same-day implant procedures—matching each patient’s unique needs.
- Track & Follow-Up: Manage leads in our CRM (Salesforce preferred), ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records of patient interactions.
- Build Relationships: Nurture trust and confidence throughout the entire patient journey, from initial inquiry to post-procedure care.
- Support Local Outreach: Collaborate in community events and referrals, spreading the word about Reva’s transformative dental implant solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5–7 years of consultative B2C sales, ideally in healthcare or dental services.
- Empathy & Communication: A warm, patient-focused demeanor combined with strong listening and presentation skills.
- Goal Orientation: A motivated, self-starting attitude, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced environment.
