Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our Woodbridge, VA office as a Medical Front Desk & Surgical Assistant. In this role, you'll support a collaborative environment by assisting both patients and providers in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, scheduling, and phone inquiries.
• Assist in surgical scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Serve as a reliable liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a medical front desk or surgical assistant role, 1 year preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong computer/phone communication skills.
• Ethical, dependable, and able to multitask effectively.
• Team-oriented, time-management skills, and detail-focused.
