Account premiums range from $5k to $250k.
Job Summary
The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert service and advice. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, demonstrating knowledge of complex accounts and industry standards. This role requires in-depth familiarity with managing insurance portfolios, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of commercial accounts, including real estate schedules, multifamily, manufacturing, technology, professional services, and more.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a high standard of service.
- Handle new business quoting/marketing, renewals, endorsements, and claims, ensuring clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize agency management software (AMS 360) and tools such as AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360, AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of accounts.
