Job description:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or coordination, with at least 3 years in ERP implementation in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP ecosystems, in particular SAP S4 HANA, data migration tools, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
Agile: Proficiency in Agile with at least 5 years' experience as Scrum Master or Agile Leader
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with change management processes in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices related to ERP systems.
