Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As the first point of contact for client inquiries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by efficiently managing a high volume of support tickets and providing professional assistance. This role is essential for delivering a seamless client experience, from onboarding to ongoing support, while fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Client Success Team and other internal departments, contributing to smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage promptly to support tickets in a high-volume queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate ticket logs and updates in the system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot fundamental issues such as connectivity problems and software installation.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their expectations.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Assist clients in onboarding by setting up accounts and subscriptions, providing training, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Actively recognize opportunities to offer additional products or services that align with client needs, focusing on providing helpful and relevant solutions to our customers.
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as documentation, reporting, and data entry.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common client issues and process enhancements.
  • Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with a strong attendance history
  • Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
