Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by maintaining organization, safety, and inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for creating and tracking purchase orders, managing shipping and receiving activities, and supporting installation teams by coordinating and staging materials for various projects. Additional responsibilities include handling equipment orders, preparing materials for upcoming jobs, and performing equipment and system pre-configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics. Position Responsibilities
- Receiving Inventory
- Placement/Organization of Inventory in the warehouse
- Inventory Accuracy and Inventory Labeling System
- Inventory Movement process and tracking - assigning job sites
- Restocking points of inventory/consumables
- Inventory Adjustments (Builds)
- Staging/Line Item Staging Coordination
- Configurations - Displays and Devices
- Transfer Orders - creating/processing/receiving into the job site
- Fulfillment of Sales orders
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, labeling systems, and warehouse management software.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on accurately tracking inventory and fulfilling orders.
- Experience with order processing, shipping, receiving, and managing transfer orders.
- Basic technical skills to handle pre-configuration of equipment and systems, including displays and devices.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with installation teams and other departments.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and vendors.
- Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and other challenges effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
