Account Manager for a Staffing firm will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key national accounts within the financial services sector. This role demands a deep understanding of financial products and services, along with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and a strong grasp of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts within the financial services industry.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow account revenue.
- Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the financial services market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and align with company offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
Market & Industry Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on account performance, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior management on account status and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or business development within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the financial services industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term account plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
