CNC Programmer

Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to create, edit, and maintain CNC programs for the company’s manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong background in using MasterCAM software and other CNC programming tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Write, edit, and maintain CNC programs for various manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize programming for efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure that CNC programs meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Perform machine trials and make necessary adjustments.
  • Work closely with CNC Setup Technicians to troubleshoot machine issues.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience.
  • Proficiency with MasterCAM and other programming software.
  • Experience with CNC equipment, including Mazak and Doosan (DN) lathes and mills.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
  • Competitive wage : $32–$36 per hour.
