Controls Engineer

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement electrical control systems, including PLC-based hardware, HMI programming, and machine vision solutions. Key Responsibilities

System Design & Software Development :

  • Design and develop PLC-based control systems, HMIs, and machine vision applications.
  • Create detailed wiring diagrams and system documentation.
  • Develop and customize PLC software and HMIs for user-friendly operation.

    • Project Management & Execution :

  • Lead medium-scale projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings and progress reports.

    • Testing, Commissioning & Continuous Improvement :

  • Develop test plans and oversee system installation, startup, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in automation and control systems.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience : 3 years in control system design, automation, or electrical engineering.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI design, and machine vision systems.
  • Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
