MasterCAM Programmer
Role Overview: We are in need of a MasterCAM Programmer who will be responsible for programming complex parts and optimizing production processes. This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in MasterCAM programming and CNC machining.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and edit complex CNC programs using MasterCAM.

Work with engineers to design and program parts from technical drawings.

Optimize machining processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Perform machine trials and adjust programs as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement and follow production schedules.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MasterCAM programming.

Extensive experience with CNC machines, including Mazak and Doosan lathes and mills.

Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.
- Competitive starting wage: $32 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
