MasterCAM Programmer

Role Overview : We are in need of a MasterCAM Programmer who will be responsible for programming complex parts and optimizing production processes. This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in MasterCAM programming and CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and edit complex CNC programs using MasterCAM.
  • Work with engineers to design and program parts from technical drawings.
  • Optimize machining processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform machine trials and adjust programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement and follow production schedules.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MasterCAM programming.
  • Extensive experience with CNC machines, including Mazak and Doosan lathes and mills.
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.
  • Competitive starting wage : $32 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
