About the Opportunity :
A financially stable and growing manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor . This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in metalworking, welding, and assembly operations.
With increasing product demand and ongoing facility upgrades, we are looking for a motivated team leader to drive lean manufacturing, 6S, SMED, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-efficiency, uninterrupted flow production environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and mentor production teams to enhance efficiency and teamwork.
- Implement and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring high-quality output and operational excellence.
- Assist in technology upgrades , including ERP system implementation and other automation projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager , who will provide hands-on training and mentorship for career growth.
