Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time day shift position with a weekend rotation.
  
• BSW Salary Range: $51,000 – $70,000 per year.
  
• MSW Salary Range: $56,000 – $78,000 per year.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Ohio licensure required (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC).
  
• Bachelor’s (BSW) or Master’s (MSW) in Social Work required.
  
• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional social work services to assess and resolve patient issues affecting health and well-being.
  
• Develop discharge plans and offer supportive counseling to patients and families.
  
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and facilitate therapeutic, support, and educational groups.
  
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations impacting social work practices.
  
• Participate in community boards and task forces as a representative of the healthcare system.
  
• Uphold ethical standards set by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board.
