REVELARE Kitchens is one of the largest national Kitchen Remodeling companies in the Northeast - RevelareKitchens.com Our explosive growth and expansion is fueled by our ability to recruit talented salespeople and installers.
We are currently looking to fill the position of a full time company recruiter. This is not a Human Resource job - this is more of a “sales” position. Good recruiters are good salespeople - and we believe it takes one to know one.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Sales related experience is an absolute necessity.
- Previous sales management experience is a real plus
- Previous recruiting experience is desirable but not necessary
- Adequate utilization of computers/technology
Compensation:
- $40,000 to $60,000 depending on relevant experience
- Monthly bonus also
Work Schedule:
- Flexible with days and hours
- This is an office position - not a work from home position
