We are seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to join our Simms Fishing Products team.
The Product Line Manager is a business analyst, product line coordinator and project manager. The role champions the efficient and timely day-to-day operations in line with our Innovation to Consumer (“I2C”) stage gate process. The AMM will provide central coordination on key initiatives, including support for our Amazon strategy, quick to market efforts, and partner collaborations. In addition, the AMM will be a key liaison with internal partners, including financial planning, product development, product design, materials, and marketing.
The PLM will play a driving role in process and capability development for the merchandising team. This focus includes product attributing, line architecture development, lineplan tool development and maintenance, and business intelligence.
The PLM will aid in market and consumer research and insight generation supporting data driven and consumer centric decision making.
This position reports to the Head of Simms and is based out of our Bozeman office.
As the Product Line Manager, you will have an opportunity to:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product creation process, coordinating activities across multiple functions and concurrent seasonal efforts.
- Become an expert in consumer research and insight generation
- Demonstrate attention to detail by ensuring accuracy of key product information
- Develop effective project management skills, delivering key initiatives on target
- Ensure the accuracy of key product information
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- Deliver effective business intelligence driving better decisions
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- A track record of exceptional performance

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
