You will report to the SVP of Manufacturing and Distribution and your work will directly shape the product roadmap, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive company growth.

Role Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for M&D, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business goals
- Own the product development process for M&D, from ideation through delivery, including defining requirements, designing wireframes, and conducting testing
- Partner with engineering, product science, and quality assurance teams to ensure product requirements are well-defined and new features function as intended
- Manage product delivery processes, ensuring clear communication of status updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
- Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and revenue optimization challenges, translating insights into product improvements
- Drive in-depth customer data validation and analysis, identifying trends, providing clear recommendations, and anticipating impacts on customers
- Troubleshoot product issues, respond quickly to customer needs, and propose solutions that promote customer retention and satisfaction
- Support the broader product team in refining internal product management processes to drive efficiency and improve overall customer satisfaction
- 5 years of experience in product management in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, billing systems, and subscription models
- Proven ability to prioritize product features and manage a product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Experience working in agile product development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools, such as SQL Power BI, to assess product performance and inform decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints
- Experience with user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly software
- Experience working with manufacturing and distribution workflows, supply chain data, or ERP systems, a plus
