The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in product management within a private equity-backed environment, with a proven track record of scaling products, driving innovation, and delivering significant business growth. Private Equity Focus:

Leverage experience working with private equity-backed companies to understand the dynamics of fast-paced growth, cost efficiencies, and scaling challenges.

Ensure that product development efforts align with the company’s financial objectives and milestones set by investors and stakeholders.

Work closely with investors, board members, and senior leadership to communicate product strategy, progress, and results, providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.

Foster a customer-centric culture by working closely with customer success, sales, and support teams to gather feedback and iterate on products.

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap meets both customer needs and market opportunities.

Leadership & Team Development:

Build and lead a high-performing product team, driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop senior product managers and other team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company objectives.

Create a collaborative environment where product team members are empowered to innovate and take risks.
