Account Manager - Construction
As an Account Manager the role will provide support to both internal and external customers via appropriate communication means in a timely fashion. Account Manager responsibilities consist of managing the entire sales process for the assigned account packages, handling the needs of the customer, and advancing and closing the sales process in support of Revere's sales teams and goals.
Responsibilities are the following but are not limited to :
- Establishes and maintains customer relationships. Learns and evaluates customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.
- Provide product quotations and provides continuous follow-up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle.
- Actively participate in project meetings with our project departments.
- Pursues product and service applications utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialists, vendor representatives and other available sources.
- Engage Revere accepted suppliers for training, sales support, and business planning and that support the overall sales efforts
