We have an opening for a Pricing Assistant who will support the pricing department with a variety of data entry tasks.

We have an opening for a Pricing Assistant who will support the pricing department with a variety of data entry tasks.

- Hybrid position
- Create and maintain accurate price files in Excel, Eclipse and/or printed documents.
- Maintain negotiated vendor pricing contracts in Excel, Eclipse or print.
- Communicate with vendors via telephone and email to obtain pricing quotes.
- Create and distribute sales reports and price books to the sales team.
- Prepare rebate submittals to vendors and validate rebate credits.
- Work with other departments on a variety of projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma
- 1 year office experience; Purchasing or Pricing a plus.
- Proficient in Excel including knowledge of formulas.
- Proficiency with company software.
- Attention to detail; problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
