What you will bring
- Serves as a liaison between members of specific health plans and primary care providers and specialists to coordinate referrals.
- Create and processes referrals.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of all requests.
- Verifies eligibility and coverage.
- Communicates with physician practices and patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-year related experience in a health care environment or an associate's degree with knowledge of business processes
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Self-Motivated and reliable
- Knowledge of 3rd party payers
