What you will bring :

  • Serves as a liaison between members of specific health plans and primary care providers and specialists to coordinate referrals.
  • Create and processes referrals.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of all requests.
  • Verifies eligibility and coverage.
  • Communicates with physician practices and patients.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-year related experience in a health care environment or an associate's degree with knowledge of business processes
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Self-Motivated and reliable
  • Knowledge of 3rd party payers
