Job Summary
Referral Coordinator
Are you ready to make a significant impact and be part of a dynamic team? As a Referral Coordinator with Servpro’s Large Loss Team, you’ll play a crucial role in our nationwide referral program. You’ll collaborate with other Servpro franchises across the country, ensuring that our Master Service Agreement clients receive exceptional service, even for out-of-state projects.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate and Approve: Review emergency service and final Xactimate reports from partner franchises. Once approved, coordinate with the finance team for invoicing.
- Partner Onboarding: Guide new Servpro partners through our comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, including MOUs, checklists, expectation lists, and daily progress report templates.
- Evaluate and Assist: Vet partner franchise locations for referral work and provide logistical planning support.
- Track and Update: Maintain and update the Referral Tracker with the latest information.
- Coordinate Efforts: Work closely with Large Loss Team members to address challenging issues during Large Loss Work in Progress and EOS meetings.
- Streamline Processes: Collect required documents and invoicing from partner Servpro franchises, ensuring timely approval and billing.
- Support Finance: Assist the finance team with expeditious payouts to Servpro franchises.
- Communicate Clearly: Keep clients updated on progress, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Set Expectations: Establish clear expectations with Project Managers of partner franchises for contracted work.
Additional Roles
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Enter T&M data and update Buildertrend entries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including hotels, rental cars, and per diems.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in current business software technologies.
- Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Primarily an office-based role with occasional filing tasks that require lifting files, opening cabinets, and standing on a step stool.
Working Hours, Additional Hours, and Travel Requirements
- Full-time position with working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on business needs, with up to 30% travel, primarily local but occasionally out of town and overnight for up to a week at a time.
Salary : $22 - $24
