What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plastic Mold Injection Tool & Die Maker (3rd shift) position at Revere Plastics?
We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in a fast-growing company that encourages professional admancement, fosters teamwork, and rewards ingenuity. The ideal candidate for our 3rd Shift Plastic Mold Injection Tool & Die Maker position would have previous experience in hot runner trouble shooting, mole polishing, and tig welding. The third shift hours are Sunday through Thursday 10 : 45pm - 7 : 15am.
Responsibilities :
- Thorough knowledge and the abiltiyt to set-up and operate lathes, mills and surface grinders.
- Maintain and repair hot runner systems.
- CNC set-up, program, operate (Haas, OKK).
- Maintain repair and retrofit injection mold components.
- Follows all safety stadards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations and standards.
- Work with engineers, and process technicians in regard to mold repairs and repair in the machine.
