The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day activities on a client brand, building strong client relationships, and working with the Account team to drive planning and execution of Commercial patient and ambassador deliverables.
\n- Assist in determining deliverables, timing, and budget.
- Assist with kickoffs and internal and external status meetings.
- Assist with detailed project briefs for all new projects.
- Reviews and signs off at each phase of project routing and ensures that all team members follow agency process.
- Ensure that clients are informed of project status at all stages and manages expectations.
- Assist in the development of the scope of work (descriptions, assumptions, estimates).
- Collaborate with the necessary internal and external resources and when necessary, works with the team to secure additional resources.
- Assist in monitoring timeline and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with the SVP to obtain necessary client feedback and approvals.
- Ensure that all projects are uploaded for client medical/legal review.
- Attend all client medical/legal reviews.
- Ensure that all projects meet the client’s expectations and are delivered on time and on budget.
- 1-2 years pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions
- Demonstrate confidence, authority, and diplomacy
- Experience in Veeva or other client MLR and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms are a plus
- Commercial Patient experience is a plus
