What You'll Do :
- Provide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments as they impact the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.
- Develop marketing and commercialization plans.
- Work cross-functionally with agency teams, confidently providing knowledge & expertise when strategic direction is required.
- Transform research and insights into clear and succinct brand foundational tools : Write vision, value proposition, positioning, and message strategy.
- Create compelling creative briefs working closely with creative teams to develop work that makes an impact.
- Build strong partnerships with clients throughout the entire development process. Create campaign strategies that deliver measurable results to achieve business goals.
- Use qualitative and quantitative communications channels & cultural research tools to develop insights into customer connections with the brand.
- Partner with Analytics and other agency disciplines to develop new proprietary planning, research, and reporting models and tools.
- Contribute to the development and assessment of brand KPIs.
- Lead and contribute to new business pitches.
