Position Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Murray, Utah

Duration: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Established in 2011, under the Universal Men’s Clinic brand, Revibe Men’s Health is positioned for growth, serving patients in 10 medical clinics across 8 states.

Position Summary:
The patient care coordinator works closely with patients and providers to increase treatment success. This involves patient services, care coordination, working with patients to help them understand and adhere to their treatment plan, as well as performing minor clinical procedures such as blood draws and injections.

Position Responsibilities:

• Be influential in starting, continuing, and renewing patient programs.
• Build rapport with patients and provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Manage a roster of patients.
• Communicate lab test results and physician’s recommendations to patients.
• Handle ordering of medications.
• Learn the EMR Clinic System.
• Take vitals.
• Process, handle, and deposit cash, card, and check payments, and manage payment plans.
• Professionally handle and manage patient concerns and complaints.
• Greet patients and properly escort them in and out.

Position Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.
• Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition.
• Flexible.
• Medical background is a plus.
• The ability to perform, or willingness to learn phlebotomy and injections is a plus.
• One year of experience in consultative sales is a plus.
• Bilingual communication is a plus.
