About Us
Review My Hinge is a new platform that connects online daters with entertaining, insightful reviewers who help transform their dating profiles. Whether it’s a comedic roast or a serious critique, our reviewers boost users’ match rates and confidence. We’re prepping for a major launch this spring—and we want you to help us go viral.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Strategy
- Produce and post short-form videos on TikTok and IG Reels showcasing dating tips, comedic roasts, and more.
- Develop creative campaigns to drive brand awareness and signups.
Social Media Engagement
- Manage brand and personal social accounts, respond to comments, and analyze engagement for optimization.
Reviewer & User Recruitment
- Reach out to influencers, dating coaches, or comedic talents who could become top reviewers on the platform.
- Generate unique referral codes or links to track performance and earn commissions.
Event / Street Marketing (Optional but Encouraged)
- Coordinate or attend in-person meetups, pop-up “Profile Roast Nights,” or street interviews in NYC (if local).
- Create live content and short videos of these on-the-ground efforts.
Weekly Meetings & Reporting
- Attend brief virtual kickoffs to discuss goals and brainstorm.
- Provide updates on your performance metrics (signups, social engagement, new reviewers).
How You’ll Be Compensated
Performance-Based Pay
- Earn commissions/bonuses for each successful referral, new reviewer onboarded, or revenue generated from your campaigns.
Real-World Experience
- Learn how a startup builds viral marketing campaigns from scratch.
- Work alongside founders who can offer mentorship and industry insights.
Networking & Portfolio Building
- Connect with influencers, marketing professionals, and potential future employers.
- Build a public portfolio of your marketing campaigns and creative content.
Who We’re Looking For
Creative Self-Starters
- You love brainstorming original, off-the-wall ideas and turning them into action.
Social Media Addicts
- You eat, sleep, and breathe TikTok/IG Reels. You understand trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
People-Oriented
- Comfortable reaching out to potential reviewers, managing conversations, and maybe even filming street interviews.
Team Players
- Able to collaborate effectively over Slack/Discord and hop on quick Zoom calls.
NYC-Based or Willing to Travel (Preferred)
- We’re planning occasional in-person events and meetups in NYC, but remote is totally fine if you’re a fit.
Location & Time Commitment
- Remote work is totally possible, with periodic in-person events in NYC if you’re able to attend.
- ~10-15 hours per week, starting April 7th for ~8-10 weeks.
