Claims and Finance Administrator Revitalife Contents Recovery and Restoration is seeking a Claims and Finance Administrator to join our faith-based restoration team. This full-time administrative role is essential in managing financial transactions, processing claims, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support our operations.  Key Responsibilities :  - Maintain financial records, including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.  - Oversee claims processing from estimate to job closeout, liaising with insurance providers.  - Conduct financial reporting, audits, and bank reconciliations.  - Provide customer service and handle inquiries related to claims and billing.  - Support team coordination, ensuring smooth communication between departments.  - Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools for financial management.  Qualifications :   - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).  - Experience in bookkeeping, claims administration, or financial management.  - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.  - Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.  - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.  If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and aligned with a mission-driven commitment to excellence and service, we invite you to apply and be part of our team at a company that values integrity, dedication, and high-quality service.
