JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Accounting Professional to join our team. As an Accounting Professional at RevitalyzeMD, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Team with daily business and operational reconciliations and analytics and monthly financial statements. This role focuses on delivering exceptional insights into the business results in a proactive manner that enables the Executive to have timely and valuable key insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: [NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST]
DAILY DUTIES [GENERAL]:
- Daily production and financial reporting analytics.
- Identifying and resolution of any appointment non-charges or uncollected appointment payments.
- Funding reconciliation into the bank accounts.
- Payment of Vendors.
MONTHLY DUTIES [GENERAL]:
- Close financial statements by 10th of the month.
- Budget vs Actual Analytics.
- Monthly financial/operational KPIs and variances.
- Inventory Analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in a significant accounting role within an organization.
- Auditing and assurance experience is a plus.
- Must get things done!
