At RevitalyzeMD, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team of Junior Sales Executives and drive the growth of our wellness and aesthetics practice. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Train and coach staff on proven sales methodologies, consultative selling techniques, and best practices.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and develop action plans for growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the sales team.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for wellness and aesthetic services.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, retention, and patient satisfaction.
  • Partner with leadership to set clear, measurable sales goals aligned with the company’s vision and values.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the front desk, RNs, and aesthetic providers to ensure a seamless patient journey.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on sales trends, patient concerns, and opportunities for new services or packages.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and ensure alignment in messaging.

Patient Relationship Management:

  • Monitor and support the team in building trust with patients to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Oversee follow-ups with prospective patients to ensure they remain engaged and informed.
  • Maintain a pulse on the patient experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, including consultations, sales conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Create reports for leadership to provide insights on team progress and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and patient interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Highlevel).

Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and leading teams in a consultative sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
  • Experience in the wellness or aesthetics industry is preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with wellness and aesthetic services such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), injectables, laser treatments, and skincare.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Highlevel).
  • Background in B2C sales

Pay: From $70,853.00 per year
