What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrator position at RevitPay?
RevitPay is a boutique credit card payment processor in Cleveland. We’re looking for a full-time Executive Administrator who is a self-starter, organized, a fast learner and able to handle stressful situations. This is a full-time role that reports to the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Managing executives' schedules and communication, and acting as a point of contact between executives and clients
- Creating statistical reports, developing meeting agendas, organizing file systems, and making travel arrangements
- Gathering all the supporting documentation to submit to various merchant banks in the US.
- Create various third-party agreement and obtain signatures using DocuSign.
- Digitally file all important documents and maintain an organized folder system.
- Assist in planning company events and meetings
- Facilitates onboarding of newly hired employees
- Work on ad hoc operational and administrative projects.
Qualifications:
- A degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 5 years of proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant, or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and other office management software
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Previous experience with calendar management and personal assistant duties is a plus
