About the Company - Revival Home Health is seeking a Clinical Manager - RN to oversee patient care quality and lead day-to-day clinical operations with our team in Annandale, VA! In this role, you'll collaborate with teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive exceptional patient outcomes. You'll supervise and develop clinicians and direct-care staff while ensuring efficiency in care delivery.
About the Role:
Location: Upper Marlboro, MD
Coverage Area: Prince Georges County
Seeking: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Home Health experience, as well as prior experience with OASIS training/certification and Home Care Home Base experience; preferred not required
Responsibilities -
- Ensure high-quality patient care and positive outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve service delivery
- Supervise and develop clinical staff
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Drive key performance indicators and business growth
Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Nursing or Physical Therapy from an accredited school of nursing or therapy
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing and currently licensed by the State
- Less than two years clinical experience, and at least one year in related management/supervisory role in home health care
- Current CPR certification
- Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by the company and/or State regulations
- Ability to use company documentation systems
Pay range and compensation package - up to $110,000/year
