Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks effectively.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to office management, including maintaining records and documentation.
- Support team members with personal assistant duties when required to enhance overall productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
