Key Responsibilities
- Greet and room patients, take vital signs, and prepare them for their visit with care.
- Create and maintain precise patient charts, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
- Handle phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to patient inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
- Support physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses during clinical procedures with skill and confidence.
- Tackle administrative and clinical tasks to keep our offices humming with energy and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduates of an accredited Medical Assistant program are especially welcome!
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a bonus but not required.
- Experience in a medical office is a plus, but we’re excited to train motivated newcomers.
- Stellar organizational skills and the ability to juggle tasks in a bustling environment.
- Outstanding communication and a knack for connecting with patients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work at both our Suntree (Revive MD Internal Medicine) and Merritt Island (Florida Heart and Vascular Specialist) locations.
