Revivn is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the logistics team and function within a high-growth start-up environment. The ability to embrace ambiguity, present data in an organized manner, communicate effectively, and learn new tools will be critical for success in this role.

What You'll Do
- Delight clients by ensuring professional, efficient and stress-free tech collections
- Schedule and track global pickups, ensure everything runs on time
- Build and maintain great relationships with logistics partners, ITAD vendors, and freight providers
- Keep reporting on point—accurate data entry for costs, dates, and item counts
- Spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and help automate processes
- Find and onboard new logistics partners to expand coverage and improve service
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and create seamless operations
- Experience in a client-facing or logistics role (or a knack for organization and problem-solving)
- Strong multitasking skills—able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- Great communicator who can set expectations and find solutions
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and learning new tools
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to dive in and make things better
