Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive new member sign-ups. This role involves contributing mainly in promotional activities, supporting the development of marketing materials, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist in generating new member sign ups as a secondary priority.

Schedule as follows with some flexibility:

• Wednesday 10a-6p
• Thursday 10a-6p
• Friday 2p-10p
• Saturday 2p-10p
• Sunday 11a-7p

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing new member sign-ups.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract new members.
• Assist in creating content for promotional campaigns, and giveaways.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of promotional content with overall marketing goals.
• Assist in facilitating events and promotions to drive member engagement and sign-ups.
• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media accounts, and online advertising.
• Handle administrative tasks such as team member scheduling, preparing agendas, and maintaining certain files.
• Other duties assigned by the Marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.
• Must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.

Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift. (depending on the position)
