Job DescriptionSummary of Position :
As a Maintenance Tech I you will be performing general facility maintenance and repairs. You will be working cross functionally with other departments helping with daily equipment set-up, and organization of working areas.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Assist Parts Coordinator with parts, organizing parts, inventory etc.
- Complete general facility repairs, including but not limited to, roof glass, insulated metal panels, irrigation systems, office / break room repairs, plumbing, and overall facility organization.
- Perform exterior building maintenance, including roof cleaning and painting, dust control, compost removal, insect netting repair, landscaping, etc.
- Work safely and ensure all OSHA guidelines are being followed
- Wear necessary PPE to perform all tasks and protect product
- Assist with cleaning up after repairs
- Assist with any other duties assigned by management
