What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook (Weekend part-time) position at Revolution Brewing Chicago?
Revolution Brewing is looking for part-time line cooks to join us at our Milwaukee Ave Brewpub here in Logan Square. Our crew is calm, maintain high standards in cleanliness and sanitation, and make some damn good steaks, curds, and pretzels to go with our tasty beers. Our cooks prep before or after their shifts, so good knife skills and consistency is required.
Our interview process is an in-person interview with our head chef, followed by a paid stage. Part-time is 20-24 hours per week (3 shifts) with rotating opening/closing weeks for Friday-Sunday. The pay rate is $18-20/hour. We offer part-time benefits such as paid-time off, food, beer, merch, and more.
The Logan Square Brewpub is located at 2323 N Milwaukee Avenue, off the California blue line stop and bus stops for the 56 Milwaukee, 82 California, and 74 Fullerton bus lines.

- ServSafe Sanitation Certificate or ANSI equivalent required before starting
- 2 years hot line experience and set-up/break down of various stations
- Showing up on time and ready to work and a healthy attitude and respect other employees
- Keeping clean knives, tools, and station; experience cleaning kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and tilt skillets
- Must be able to work weekends consistently
