We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical part in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist clients in completing forms and understanding studio policies.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Process payments and manage daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate with artists and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
