Job Summary
The successful candidate will be our Lead person for all things Financial in the company. Located in our Huntersville, NC Headquarters, this position covers a variety of accounting functions, with broad financial responsibility in a fast growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Payroll/Commission administration
- State Sales Tax compliance
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA Preferred
- Go-Getter, Problem solver who takes ownership of financial processes.
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
