The Role.
Let’s make moves! We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As an HR Coordinator at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll be responsible for supporting our HR Department and act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. This role will require strong administrative duties which include maintaining employee records, managing documents, and updating the internal HR database.
What you will be doing.
- Create, maintain, and update shared documents, reports, and employee records using HR systems ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Work can include developing spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with employee onboarding to include new hire follow up.
- As an initial point of contact for employees, ensuring that employee questions are routed to the appropriate person and handling all employees with great Customer Service.
- Support the new hire process by assisting with and/or facilitating HR orientations.
- Updating and auditing new hire data and appropriate files.
- Scheduling team meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining the appropriate meeting agendas and notes.
- Assists with pulling data, creating spreadsheets, creating HR documents, and file organization for the HR team.
- Handles ordering flowers and handling extenuating circumstances for employees regarding bereavement, special occasions, birth of child, etc.
What we are looking for
- Proven work experience as an HR Intern, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws (both federal and state) is preferred.
- Excellent time management, oral and written communication is required.
