About the Position
The Client Solutions Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to join our operations team at Revolution Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client's internal support processes and ensuring seamless execution of print technology services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient management of Managed Output Devices.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to deploy new print technology and support services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory collection and management, MADC tracking, and consumables management.
- Ensure adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in computer/printer maintenance support.
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to develop and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
