Volare Management Group, Inc has a few openings for a Client Coordinator for our promotional marketing firm in Rhode Island! VMG is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing and most successful marketing & sales firms in the Northeast Market. We are seeking an entry level Client Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and assisting customers in enrollment. We work with a wide range of Charities, Non-profits and Fortune 500 clients in numerous industries. At the moment we are looking for Client Coordinator for our brand new Verizon FiOS and T-Mobile campaigns!
Client Coordinator
- Handle customer inquiries and needs through in-person events
- Impact sales results by developing, supporting and executing on-site field marketing campaigns and segment activities
- Provide information about various products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Event coordinating/organizing
Client Coordinator
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, and/or other related fields preferred but NOT required! We are willing to fully train the right candidate!
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
