Temporary front desk role providing administrative support.
Essential Duties
Greeting Visitors – Professionally welcoming guests and directing them.
Answering Phone Calls – Managing incoming calls, transferring, and taking messages.
Appointment Scheduling – Assisting with calendar management if needed.
Mail & Package Handling – Receiving and distributing incoming mail / packages.
Data Entry – Inputting information into computer systems as required.
File Management – Organizing and maintaining records.
Basic Clerical Tasks – Copying, faxing, printing, and other general office tasks.
Reception Area Maintenance – Keeping the front desk clean and professional.
Customer Service – Addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues.
